Please Note:
It is important that we keep our Contact lists up-to-
date. If owners have a new tenant, please
remember that you have 30 days to inform the Strata
Corporation with the use of a Form K. This form can
be found by clicking on the link below.
If you or your tenant needs an additional or
replacement key, please e-mail Rod with your
request. The charge for Garage and Garbage keys
is $5 per key.

If you have lost your Garage Remote, PLEASE REPORT IT TO
COUNCIL IMMEDIATELY so that it can be programmed out of
our system. This is important to the integrity of our
underground parking area.
If your remote is no longer working, please try replacing the
batteries (2 X 2016 batteries) before ordering a new remove.
Worn out batteries are usually the cause.
The cost for a new remote:
LOST OR STOLEN REMOTES - $75
(Includes the cost to de-program old remote)
NEW REMOTE - $75
